Not in the 2019 DPR. Added to Line 12 scope in civil contract CA-240. Rail Analysis (Dec 2025) reports a foot overbridge link to Central Railway at Kalyan Junction. Loksatta (27 Sep 2026) lists Kalyan first among the 19 stations.
